CH Mono Centre
Cedar Heights Residential Mono is a licensed children’s residence supporting 9 individuals between the ages of 12-18. Each individual has their own bedroom and the common areas of the home are shared. Situated on a beautiful country property adjacent to a provincial park including hiking trails and fishing ponds..
Cedar Heights – Mono supports a diverse group of individuals, including those with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).
A Section 23 classroom is located on site in a separate building on the property. We have two classrooms and two teachers within the Section 23. The education program is individualized focusing on the needs and functioning levels of the clients.
The Program emphasizes the importance of Life skills and social skills training. We encourage our clients to partake in organized community activities (such as sports, volunteering, youth and church groups). Recreational activities include camping, trips to Wonderland, Bowling, Fishing, Theatre, Hiking and many other areas of interest to our clients.
